Terms of Service

The service

Valleyline Digital provides “Never Miss a Job,” a done-for-you system for home-service businesses: a website, lead capture forms, missed-call text-back, lead tracking, automated follow-up, booking, review requests, past-customer reminders, Google Business Profile cleanup and Spanish versions, as described on our website. Each client’s details are in their signed service agreement, which governs if it differs from these terms.

Price and billing

$349 per month, billed monthly. No setup fee. Month-to-month with no long-term contract; cancel any month, effective at the end of the current billing period. Founding clients keep their price for at least 24 months, and any later price change comes with 60 days’ written notice. If a payment fails and isn’t fixed within 14 days, service may be paused.

14-day launch guarantee

If your system isn’t live within 14 days of signing up and providing the information we ask for, your first month is free. “Live” means your site, forms, review requests, email follow-up and the app are running. Text messaging turns on when carriers approve your business registration, which we file the day you sign up; that wait doesn’t count against the 14 days.

What we promise and don’t

We build, host and maintain your system and make edits within 2 business days. We don’t promise a specific number of leads, rankings, calls or jobs.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have permission to text or email every contact you give us, and you’re responsible for that consent. Automated messages send only between 8 am and 9 pm in the recipient’s local time.

Usage

Normal text and email use is included. If usage runs well above a typical small business for two months in a row, the extra may be billed at cost.

Cancellation and your site

When you cancel, your site goes offline, or you can keep it with a one-time buyout, which is free after 12 paid months. The buyout includes your domain, a copy of your site moved to an account you own, and a file of your contacts. Your main business phone number is always yours.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for outages of third-party services we rely on.

Governing law

California law applies.
